I recently had a wonderful stay at Bell Island Cottage in Whitby. the location was perfect, with stunning views over the marina and just a short walk away from Whitby Abbey and the Captain Cook Memorial Museum. the cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy feel that made it truly feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the little touches, like the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and even a bottle of wine upon arrival. the two bedrooms were spacious and the hot water was a bonus on chilly days. the only thing to note is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and there are steep stairs to the twin bedroom, which may be a consideration for some guests. Overall, I highly recommend Bell Island Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Whitby. It's the perfect spot for families, couples, or solo travelers who want to explore the charming town and its surrounding attractions. I can't wait to return for another stay at this lovely cottage by the sea.
